台湾专利商标可在大陆地区要求优先权事宜

根据两岸签订的《海峡两岸知识产权保护合作协定》（简称ECFA），自2010年11月22日起在大陆申请专利、商标的台湾申请人，可以要求优先权，其第一次申请的日期可以追溯到2010年9月12日。
According to “Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement” (simplified as “ECFA”), patent and trademark applicant from Taiwan can claim priority from November 22, 2010 when applying for patent and trademark registration in mainland China, the first application date is effective from September 12, 2010.
